I show prices up-front. If you want something done that will cost more than originally quoted, I tell you BEFORE I do it.

  I work with you to get your web site. to look like YOU want it to. If I can’t do something, I tell you. I want you to be happy with the finished product.  
       
  I give you complete detailed easy to follow, written instructions and information on how your web site. works.  
       
  I respond to you and provide support for your web site. even after it is finished. Once a client, always a client.  

 

1. I talk to you, ask questions and I listen to what you need and want from your web site. How your business works and how you want it to grow.  
     
2. I take your thoughts and ideas about your business and transform that into a design. I often give you several design choices to evaluate so you can pick and choose elements that you think represent your business the best.  
     
3. I give you a solid quote for the project and a time line. I allow you to review and make changes to your project before it is finalized.  
     
4. I communicate with you. I give you updates, remind you of deadlines, and offer advise and information on content, images and function to help you make your site the best it can be.  
     
5. When the site is finished, I provide you with a written manual documenting all the elements of your web site., how it works, what you can change yourself, what you can't change without help and any other pertinent information.  
     
6. If at any time after you site is finished you need our help to change, update, modify or add to your site, simply email me. Most small changes will be done within 24 hours at little or no cost.  
     

 

 

My philosophy is simple: Customers are valuable so they should be treated accordingly. If my clients are happy, they will continue to be my clients, and possibly bring other clients to me. If there businesses profit, so will mine.
